Hydrating Treatment This hydrating treatment delivers superior moisture to oily and problem skin. It utilizes Deuterium Oxide, or heavy water, instead of pore clogging oils. This refreshing spray can be used on all skin types to hydrate skin and set mineral makeup, especially in dry climates.
