The Cleansing Milk Hydrocell contains ingredients to thoroughly and gently cleanse the skin while respecting the quality of the hydrolipidic film. This light and creamy texture cleanser is for cleansing eyes, face and neck.  It helps remove impurities and all traces of makeup (even waterproof make-up) while leaving the skin feeling clean, refreshed and moisturized.

Functions: Removes all traces of makeup and impurities and leaves your skin feeling clean and moisturized. It is extremely gentle, and makes it easy to use as an eye makeup remover. Its Lipidic base is ideal for removing all traces of foundation or powder. Will not create blackheads if not rinsed.

Directions: Use this cleanser daily, morning and evening. Apply over the face and the neck on a cotton pad and cleanse the skin. Follow with Nelly De Vuyst Toner and skin care products for your skin type. Non-comedogenic and dermatology tested. For external use only. Avoid contact with the eyes.
