I have had keratosis pilaris my entire life, and have tried almost every product marketed to help. Creams, scrubs, and expensive spa treatments have helped, but the Wellness elixir has yielded amazing results. I’ve been taking it for two weeks and have seen an actual improvement. Usually the topical creams will shrink the bumps, but they will never make them actually go away. Wellness has accomplished this in two weeks. I’m not 100% clear right now, and will update this review in two weeks. Osmosis’ Nutrient Activating spray is also extremely useful in treating KP. The wellness elixir has also decreased redness in my face and the mild acne I suffer from.
